Let’s keep it simple
Your business commits to a 1- or 2-year donation. We help you apply for state credits worth 75–90% of that amount. Your students get scholarships, your business gets a major tax break.
Sample calculation
Donate $10,000 over two years. Receive a 90% PA tax credit ($9,000). Net cost: about $1,000 after the federal deduction. Tuition impact: $10,000 in scholarships.
Who qualifies?
PA-registered businesses subject to corporate net-income tax, capital-stock/franchise tax, bank shares tax, mutual-thrift institutions tax, and personal income tax for S-corps, partnerships, and LLCs. If you pay at least $5,000/year in PA state taxes, you can likely participate.

BLOCS is the partner organization that processes EITC/OSTC credits for our community. Through BLOCS, your contribution flows directly to Archbishop Ryan tuition assistance, and you receive Pennsylvania tax credits offsetting up to 90% of your gift.
