Refund & Cancellation Policy

Friends of Ryan, Inc. is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This policy explains how refunds, transfers, and cancellations work for event tickets, donations, and merchandise.

Event Tickets

Tickets & Registrations

  • Transfer anytime — tickets can be reassigned to another attendee from your account dashboard at no cost.
  • 7+ days before the event — contact us to request a transfer or a credit toward a future event.
  • Within 7 days of the event — refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If We Cancel

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If Friends of Ryan Alumni cancels an event, ticket holders receive a full refund or the option to apply the amount to a future event. If an event is postponed, your existing ticket is honored for the new date.

Gifts & Goods

Donations & Merchandise

  • Donations are tax-deductible charitable gifts and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error or duplicated, contact us within 15 days and we will review it.
  • Merchandise that arrives damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Please reach out before returning any item.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your name and order or confirmation number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
